IDR is seeking a Project Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting a state’s project management office (PMO) by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and tracking project activities. The organization is a prominent government agency involved in large-scale public sector projects.

Position Overview for the Project Support Analyst:

  • Support project coordination activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, and track action items
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and artifacts
  • Assist with updating project trackers, logs, and reports
  • Support project leadership with day-to-day coordination needs

Requirements for the Project Support Analyst:

  • Experience supporting project coordination, PMO, project analyst, or project support functions (3-5+ years)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple meetings, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills, including meeting minutes and documentation creation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
