Overview
Provide clerical and project admin support under general supervision. Regular interaction with internal teams and external contacts. Strong potential for extension and FTE conversion.
Filing, scanning, copying, mail distribution, and document prep
Answer phones; greet and direct visitors
Basic word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet updates
Maintain project calendar; schedule meetings, travel, and events
Order office supplies and support general office coordination
Generate/distribute simple reports, letters, and memos
Track invoices; create expense reports
Support project communications and routine admin tasks
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ years administrative/clerical experience preferred
Basic MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization
Problem‑solving, initiative, and sound judgment
Familiarity with expense/time reporting systems, PeopleSoft, Blueprint, and electronic repositories
