JOB SUMMARY
United Tote is a leading B2B technology and service provider for the pari-mutuel gaming industry, backed by the integrity and tradition of Churchill Downs, home of the world-famous Kentucky Derby. This role will act as the primary support for Central Operations projects and initiatives and guide teams through the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented, and ambitious individual, with proven planning and organizational skills. This position will be relied heavily upon to coordinate projects and continuous improvements in all areas of responsibility with a focus on enhancing productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Required
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage projects or tasks
Experience with successfully working across internal teams with competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated history for productive collaboration across varying departments.
Self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and data-driven with impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within the United States.
Ability to obtain racing licenses as required by state law and pass a background check.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Project Management Training, CAPM, or PMP
Demonstrated experience with project management and process improvement.
Passion and/or interest in the Horse racing industry
