Project Support - Production

Pay: $22.00 Hr.
Location: Casa Grande

Job Summary

Work in a Production facility supporting the manufacturing process of biologic products. Responsibilities may include preparing and making buffers, stocking and staging production supplies, operating production equipment, and following established procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and make buffers and other solutions according to established procedures.
• Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment.
• Stock, stage, and maintain production supplies and materials.
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Complete required production documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report issues or abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for materials and supplies.
• Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities based on assigned level and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biologics, or GMP experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Ability to work in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to operate production equipment after appropriate training.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as experience increases.
