Project Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Project Support Specialist to provide logistical and production support to a marketing team supporting commercial and industrial energy efficiency initiatives. This role will assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and support the coordination of marketing assets, communications, and project deliverables across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, writing, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Support production processes for a variety of B2B marketing assets including digital advertising, banner ads, video, email campaigns, sponsored content, website content, case studies, flyers, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units including communications, legal, and program teams
• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategic initiatives
• Review marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company branding and style standards
• Provide copyediting and quality assurance support for marketing collateral and communications
• Support project coordination activities and track deliverables across multiple teams and vendors
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and communications projects as assigned
• Maintain organized records, timelines, and project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a marketing or related environment required
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 7 years of relevant experience required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance reviews on marketing materials
• Demonstrated copyediting experience and ability to maintain company branding and style standards
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project and content management systems such as Wrike or monday.com
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple internal business units and external vendors
• Knowledge of energy efficiency programs or related customer-facing initiatives preferred

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
