This is an engaging, fast-paced opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and seeing projects progress from start to finish.Project Support & CoordinationSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of construction surveying projects while helping ensure field crews have the information and resources needed to successfully complete their work.Technical Project WorkApply your construction surveying knowledge and technical expertise to support project deliverables, calculations, documentation, and other technical aspects of assigned projects.Field Crew CollaborationWork closely with field crews to provide technical support, answer questions, and help resolve challenges that arise throughout the project.Client & Team RelationshipsBuild strong working relationships with clients, field crews, project teams, and other stakeholders through clear and effective communication.Systems & ProceduresLearn and consistently apply established systems, procedures, and workflows to support accurate, efficient, and consistent project delivery.Project CompletionStay engaged throughout the project lifecycle, helping move assignments from the initial stages through successful completion.Required QualificationsConstruction surveying experience requiredRelevant experience supporting construction surveying projects and field crewsLSIT certification preferred, but not requiredStrong understanding of construction surveying practices, procedures, and project workflowsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environmentPersistent and solution-oriented approach to challengesSelf-starter who takes initiative and can work independentlyAbility to work effectively with field crews, clients, and project teamsWillingness to work on-site in the office five days per weekCompensation & BenefitsHourly Range: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)Incentives: Discretionary performance bonus programTime Off: 3 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidaysTotal Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.Our Hiring ApproachOur recruiting team reviews every application personally and will keep candidates informed throughout the process.
