Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with boundary, right of way, topographic, utility, and construction surveys
- Support project planning, scheduling, scopes, and budgeting
- Conduct deed research, utility research, and boundary analysis
- Lead and coordinate field and office survey teams under supervision
- Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and project documentation
- Utilize survey equipment including Trimble GPS and total stations
- Process and review survey data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with survey regulations and safety requirements
Qualifications and Certifications - 3 to 5 years of field surveying experience with at least 1 year of office experience
- Experience with boundary, right of way, and topographic surveys
- Proficiency with survey equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Experience with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of surveying principles, regulations, and field practices
- Valid driver's license required
- CST or Survey Intern certification preferred
