- Experience working in utilities, construction, or a related infrastructure environment.
- Ability to read and understand construction and design prints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile materials, quantities, and documentation discrepancies.
- Comfortable working in a support role that involves frequent changes in priorities and ad hoc tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools).
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts.
- Strong communication skills, including the confidence to interact directly with field crews and project leads.

Previous Utility specific experience
- Provide administrative, financial, and technical support for transmission projects across the Transmission organization.
- Support project closeout by reviewing construction documentation, reconciling materials and quantities, and resolving discrepancies.
- Review Z-sheets and construction closeout packages to reconcile unused or returned materials against design drawings and bills of material.
- Maintain accurate systems of record by documenting material variances, asset changes, and project notes in WAM and related systems.
- Support CPR activities and coordinate with accounting to ensure assets are properly capitalized and financial records are accurate.
- Review and understand utility construction and design prints to support material reconciliation and as-built documentation.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain project, legal, and compliance-related documentation using PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with project teams and construction crews to gather information, resolve issues, and support timely completion of transmission projects.
