A multi-discipline consulting firm is seeking a Project Wastewater Engineer for their growing team in Parsippany, New Jersey!
Responsibilities:
- Perform various engineering tasks including
wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment processes
- Lead engineering evaluations
- Prepare design calculations, reports, plans and
specifications
- Perform construction administrative tasks
(construction phase management activities, coordinate shop drawing reviews, RFI
responses, develop construction change orders)
- Communicate directly with clients
- Confirm accuracy of plans/specifications
- Perform field activities (site investigations,
witness testing and milestone construction observation)
- Supervise/manage junior staff
- Assist with business development (write
technical proposals/assist with budgeting)
- Lead pursuit of small to moderate size projects
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical
or Mechanical)
- 5+ experience in design of wastewater treatment
plants, collection and conveyance systems, and alternative onsite treatment systems
- PE License or ability to obtain in six months
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel,
Access, Teams, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D
software
Salary
is commensurate with experience.
