Nature of Work:

This position reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the execution of all off-site events and prize fulfillment. This position is considered part time, without a set number of hours scheduled per week.

Examples of work performed:

• Work remotes, bar nights, events, live broadcasts and appearances for all three KSE Radio Venture properties
• Interact with fans and visitors, give away prizes, take photographs and occasionally video, promote various contests or aspects of the stations, and generally reach out to each brands audience in a positive, memorable way.
• Assist in maintaining all three radio station vehicles which includes car wash, vacuum, organizing and filling up gas tanks
• Assist the Marketing Director with prize fulfillment.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee could also be required to stand, walk or sit for a longer period of time. The employee will also be asked to lift and/or move items up to 50+ pounds, including setting up a 10x10 tent.
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekdays, nights and weekends
• Willing to work outdoors in any condition

Qualifications

• Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid drivers license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Compensation

• Base Hourly rate $19.29 per hour
