Promotional Products Specialist (Monday-Friday | 1st Shift)

Do you have experience in promotional products and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life for clients? Join a collaborative, fast-paced team where your ability to manage projects, support sales, and deliver exceptional service will make a real impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a tight-knit group of professionals, helping clients find the perfect products while managing projects from concept through delivery.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Location: Scotia, NY - fully onsite role
Duration: Temp-to-hire
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with customers and sales team to source products, build quotes, and secure orders
  • Research vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Manage projects through production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
  • Enter job details, track progress, and prepare final invoices
  • Create product presentations and curated selections for clients and events
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in promotional products within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong math, writing, and project management skills
  • Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and a great fit for a laid-back, no-drama culture
