The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
Develop, coordinate and execute all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, VIP parties and special events to target retail and database guests.
Coordinate internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments.
Organize and maintain files of all Marketing Programs to include artwork, analysis, and rules.
Coordinate with Graphic Artists to properly fulfill all printed material requirements for promotions, special events, entertainment, and VIP parties.
Analyze the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, entertainment and VIP parties.
Conduct research and report on competition through routine competitive shop.
Support the efforts and projects of the Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant Manager and Senior Coordinator as requested.
Coordinate and track with agency and all vendors all charges and payments relating to all jobs in a timely manner.
Effectively manage purchasing policies.
Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events.
Maintain and manage the special events and promotional budget.
Work directly with advertising agency, direct mail house, vendors and internal departments.
Meet company appearance and grooming requirements.
Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

Associates degree from two-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
One to two years related experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the general public
Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
