Position Overview:

CUMULUS MEDIA | Tucson is looking for an experienced Promotions Manager to coordinate and execute revenue generating on and off-air promotions and events. The Promotions Manager would supervise the image and presence of the stations in the marketplace to our primary demographic while maintaining a winning onsite presence. This position requires a high degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and a personal disposition that works well with creative co-workers in Programming, Digital and Sales.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Direct preparation and execution of station appearances, remote broadcasts and special events.
• Direct management of a part-time staff of 10-20 employees (hiring, training, scheduling)
• Oversee and maintain promotional vehicles, equipment and inventory
• Coordinate with the Promotions Director, Sales and Programming to execute on-going campaigns
• Direct management of five station winner databases and prize distribution
• Assisting the Promotions Director in creating, planning and executing promotions, proposals, packages and recaps as needed
• Coordinate with the Promotions Director to implement station digital marketing efforts including maintenance of station websites, email databases and social media outlets
• Coordinate with the Promotions Director in creating online graphic art for the station websites, social media, event flyers, etc.
• Attend Career Fairs as a Cumulus Media Tucson Representative
• Assisting the Sales Department with front desk coverage and additional overflow tasks as needed.

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint (experience in Photoshop, video editing software and HTML preferred)
• Ability to work independently, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
• Drive a vehicle with a trailer* (up to 10,000 pounds) *training can be provided
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Must possess valid state driver’s license

Pay Range: USD $30,000.00 - USD $36,000.00 /Yr. What We Offer:
