Position Overview:
This role is focused on leveraging generative AI, business analytics, and strategic problem-solving to improve decision-making, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner across technical and operational teams to develop prompt-driven AI solutions, translate complex business challenges into structured frameworks, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and AI-enabled reporting.

Duties:
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Claude to support analytics, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into structured AI-driven solutions and prompt frameworks
  • Develop prompt-based systems for executive reporting, narrative generation, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
  • Support customer insights initiatives, segmentation strategies, experimentation, and A/B testing efforts
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Application teams to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases
  • Evaluate prompt effectiveness through structured testing methodologies, feedback loops, and performance metrics
  • Combine SQL, Python, and AI-generated outputs to deliver end-to-end analytical and business solutions
  • Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, templates, standards, and best practices for internal stakeholders
  • Communicate AI-generated insights and analytical findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Design and support KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level reporting processes
  • Apply hypothesis-driven and consulting-style problem-solving approaches to business and operational challenges
  • Assist with prompt evaluation, guardrails, validation processes, and AI output quality improvement initiatives
  • Utilize BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to support reporting and visualization efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Science degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or other data-driven roles
  • Hands-on professional experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Claude
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools
  • Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting solutions
  • Ability to structure and solve complex business problems using hypothesis-driven or consulting-style methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate complex datasets and findings into clear, actionable business insights
  • Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance optimization methodologies
  • Experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Exposure to prompt evaluation techniques, AI guardrails, and output validation processes
  • Background utilizing consulting frameworks such as McKinsey or BCG-style problem-solving approaches
