Proofreader

Marchon's client is hiring a Proofreader to join their team. This is a full-time onsite position in Syosset. 

• Proofreading skills (Review documents for grammar, spelling, and style)
• Basic graphic design skills (which include making modifications to existing documents or setting up simple business cards and letterheads)
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task or switch between work quickly
• Attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented
• Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software knowledge
• Time-management skills
• Communication skills (answer calls from customers and provide updates on job status)
• Proofreading skills (Review documents for grammar, spelling, and style)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Computer literate (will need to work on different platforms)
• Check jobs that are printed to ensure that everything is printed correctly
