Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties as a Property Accountant
Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity
Complete account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
Analyze financial results and investigate variances
Utilize RealPage for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
Support audit requests and respond to financial inquiries
Assist with special projects and additional accounting initiatives expected of a Property Accountant

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounting experience
Property accounting or real estate accounting experience required
Must have experience with RealPage
Experience working with accounting and property management software
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience as a Property Accountant is highly preferred
