Play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and ensuring tenant billing integrity. What you'll do

Review, track, and enter lease-related updates into financial and operational systems
Manage revenue and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tenant billing and collections
Lead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) budgeting and reconciliation in partnership with property management
Reconcile property-level general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis
Support ongoing property accounting projects and process improvements

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred
Experience with Yardi
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
