Join a growing this real estate organization with over a century in the Seattle area, as a Property Accountant, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties. Play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and ensuring tenant billing integrity. As a Property Accountant, you will partner closely with property management and accounting leadership on a collaborative team and enjoy spectacular offices, flexibility, and potential to grow your career.

What you'll do



  • Review, track, and enter lease-related updates into financial and operational systems

  • Manage revenue and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tenant billing and collections

  • Lead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) budgeting and reconciliation in partnership with property management

  • Reconcile property-level general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis

  • Support ongoing property accounting projects and process improvements

Who you are



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred

  • Experience with Yardi

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
