Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing Real Estate and Development company in the search for a Property Accountant.Highlights About This OpportunityFree, on-site parkingHigh growth potentialHybrid scheduleCompetitive benefitsResponsibilities of the Property Accountant include but are not limited to:General ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and work papers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential propertiesRecord journal entries as neededReconcile CAM's, bill backs and calculate escalationsProvide budget to actual variance analysisAct as a resource for Director of Operations, Regional Managers, Property Administration Staff and Accounting Department Personnel on accounting issuesAssist in preparing year end and quarterly financial statements for investment fundsMaintain, reconcile, and record monthly third party property management accountingProvide back up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as neededPrepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trendsProperty Accountant RequirementsBS degree in Accounting or related discipline1+ years of experience within real estate accountingVery strong excel skillsRealPage experience preferred but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
