Title: Property Accountant
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Property Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain general ledger, account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Reconcile CAM charges, bill-backs, and calculate tenant escalations in accordance with lease terms
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and support financial reporting efforts
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial statement preparation for investment funds
• Partner with operations, property management, and accounting teams to address accounting-related matters and improve processes
Property Accountant Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of real estate or property accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
• Experience with property accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
