Property Accountant (Jr. OR Sr.)

R: Minimum 2-5+ years of hands-on Property Accounting experience

R: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (AppFolio).

R: 2+ years CAM exp.

R: A strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines, both daily duties and monthly financial cycles.

R: This job is ideal for someone who likes to work at a fast pace. Each day brings new requests for assistance from multiple people.

R: Filing 1099's, running reports for CPA's, and posting journal entries.

R: Highly Organized
