Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:

Prepare monthly financial statements and complete month-end close activities for an assigned portfolio of properties.
Record journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger activity.
Partner with property managers to review financial performance, resolve accounting questions, and support operational success.
Assist with audits, year-end reporting, and special accounting projects as assigned.

Qualifications for the Property Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience; property, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience is a plus.
Strong Excel skills with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
