Title: Property Accountant
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 base + bonus
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Work Schedule: On-site Monday - Thursday; remote Fridays

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant
- Reviewing and posting accounts payable invoices
- Managing month-end close for assigned entities, including:
- General ledger accounting
- Financial statement preparation
- Balance sheet reconciliation support schedules
- Performing bank reconciliations and preparing/posting journal entries
- Recording accruals and conducting balance sheet reviews
- Analyzing monthly variances against budget and performing trend analysis
Qualifications of the Property Accountant
- 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience with CAM reconciliations
