Position Summary-

Seeking a Property Accountant to support the accounting and lease administration of a commercial real estate portfolio, with a focus on month-end review, A/R, lease administration, rent collections, budgeting, and year-end cleanup, plus limited AP support.

Key Responsibilities-

Review properties at month-end, ensuring income and expenses are accurate and resolving discrepancies

Manage A/R, rent collections, and outstanding tenant balances

Review leases and maintain accurate lease information in Yardi

Ensure rents and tenant charges are accurately entered and billed

Assist with annual property budgets and review actual income/expenses against budget

Support year-end close, cleanup, and resolution of outstanding accounting items

Provide limited AP support; dedicated AP staff handle the majority of processing

Maintain accurate property and tenant accounting records

Coordinate with property management and accounting teams

Portfolio Responsibility

Responsible for approximately 40 entities
