Perform full-cycle property accounting for commercial properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax accounting and compliance, and financial reporting; Generate and analyze financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and variance reports using knowledge of MRI Software, Lacerte, CFS and Quickbooks; Automating tax and financial reporting; Create trial balance reconciliations; Calculate depreciation and amortization; Participate in all functions relevant to accounting operations such as ledger management, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting modules, and vendor management; Participate in the budgeting process and coordinates information into budget package; Utilize the Rent Payment platform to process tenant rent payments, post them accurately to tenant ledgers, and resolve payment discrepancies; Coordinate AVID invoice processing system to manage vendor invoices, streamline approval workflows and ensure timely disbursements; and Maintain accurate records of rental income and assist tenants with payment-related inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Accounting and two years’ experience in position or two years’ experience in Accounting field; and Experience with tax accounting and compliance; automating tax and financial reporting; creating trial balance reconciliations; calculating depreciation and amortization; Lacerte; CFS; and Quickbooks.
