Description:

You will be the Property Analyst Staff for the Property Management team. Our team is responsible for managing all government and Lockheed Martin owned property from acquisition through disposition.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Property Analyst Staff you will be responsible for overseeing the full property lifecycle and ensuring compliance with all policies and contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct physical inventories and collaborate with custodians to maintain accurate records.
  • Support and lead internal and external audits, including DCMA PMSA, AS9100, customer audits, and FIAR‑related reviews.
  • Perform periodic reviews, develop metrics, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to identify issues and communicate resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver specialized property‑management training for stakeholders.
  • Some travel may be required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Evidence of leadership traits and abilities
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

  • Certification as a Greenbelt or Blackbelt
  • Property Management background
  • Ability to effectively work with Government customers, cross functional teams, internal/external auditors, and other stakeholders
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Ability to lead teams and influence teams
  • Knowledge of contractual requirements associated with the controls of Government/Customer property and administrative requirements of capital assets.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR clauses relating to the control of US Government/Customer owned property included but not limited to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property clause, 52.232-16, all 52.247 F.o.B. clauses, all DFAR 52.245 clauses and 252.211-7007.
  • A working knowledge of SAP systems
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
