Horst Insurance, one of Central Pennsylvania's leading insurance agencies, is seeking a qualified and experienced Property and Casualty Account Executive with strong internal drive and a proven track record as a producer. This position is located at our Chadds Ford office. As a Property and Casualty Account Executive at Horst, you will join a team-oriented, client-focused organization with an outstanding 100-year reputation. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experienceProperty and Casualty insurance experience Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license3+ years of experience managing a large book of business or 3-5 years of business to business sales Excellent communication and presentation skillsA proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform client recommendationsAn established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations Solid business acumen We offer a competitive, results driven compensation package.
