Actively Seeking – Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent
We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a North Carolina licensed insurance agent to serve as a Customer Retention Specialist. We are seeking an individual who desires to grow with us in opportunity as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Service personal lines and commercial lines
- Maintain customer records
- Provide timely follow up on customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
- NC Property & Casualty License
- Commercial experience
- Prior insurance sales and or customer service experience
- Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and focus on top priorities
- Detailed oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Required Education: High School, College Degree is a plus
License or Certification: NC Property & Casualty License, Commercial Experience
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
