Karen Yelder-Beard Insurance Agency is looking for a Property and Casualty licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Salary Range: $51000.00 - $61000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Help clients understand their insurance options and recommend coverage that fits their needs
Handle new business inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support
Review current policies and identify opportunities to better protect clients
Prepare quotes, update account information, and keep records accurate and current
Follow up on leads, questions, and service requests in a timely and professional way
Work closely with the agency to support growth and deliver a welcoming client experience
Stay informed on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and state requirements
Active Property and Casualty insurance license in Michigan
Prior insurance sales experience or a strong background in customer service and sales
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
Ability to explain insurance coverage clearly and confidently
Comfortable working on-site in Rochester Hills, Michigan
Good organization and follow-through with client records and follow-up tasks
Basic computer skills and comfort using agency systems or CRM tools
Preferred experience with personal lines insurance products
Preferred ability to build relationships through trust, care, and consistency
