Friendship Village is looking for someone who is great at getting things fixed the first time around. As a member of the Property Maintenance team, you will complete a variety of work order request like changing light fixtures, to fixing plumbing, repair walls, moving/installing appliance and carpet cleaning, as well as general carpentry, building walls, installing windows and grounds keeping.
