The Property Assistant supports the cleanliness, safety, appearance, and upkeep of Kings View properties and customer locations. This position performs landscaping, janitorial, and light maintenance duties to help ensure a clean, welcoming, and functional environment.
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and outdoor upkeep
• Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Refill supplies and remove trash and recycling
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains
• Maintain safe walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas
• Report maintenance concerns and supply needs
• Follow health and safety protocols
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• No formal education required
• Ability to operate landscaping and cleaning equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, or vehicle care
• Experience working in a nonprofit or service-oriented environment
