Property & Casualty Account Manager

Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and service a book of commercial insurance business. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, coordinating policy changes and renewals, marketing accounts to carriers, and securing competitive coverage solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service needs for assigned accounts.
• Review policies, endorsements, and renewals for accuracy.
• Market accounts and negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms with carriers.
• Prepare proposals, applications, and insurance documentation.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records within the agency management system.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Commercial insurance account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and policy forms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
