Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty P&C Insurance License required
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to develop new business while maintaining exceptional client relationships
• Insurance sales experience preferred, but we welcome candidates with proven sales success and a desire to grow in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community relationships
• Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Manage and grow a profitable book of business
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining accurate client records
• Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
