Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to advise clients on insurance options to meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Leverage company marketing resources and personal networking to generate business. Make Outbound Calls and Field Inbound calls to/from prospective customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License required. 2 Years experience in the Florida Property & Casualty insurance market (Personal and/or Commercial Lines) Proven sales experience with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
