Job Description
Westgate Resorts is seeking an experienced Property Controller to lead all accounting functions for our resort properties, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Retail operations.
In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with resort leadership and corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, asset protection, and operational efficiency. This position plays a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making at the property level.

What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
7-10+ years of accounting experience (hospitality, hotels, resort, or timeshare strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
GAAP accounting principles
Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced resort environment
Hospitality, resort, or timeshare accounting background
Experience overseeing multi-department financial operations (Rooms, F&B, Retail)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Financial leadership & business partnering
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to influence operational decisions through data
