*Coordinating repair services for properties
*Communicating and dispatching vendors to properties
*Communicating with clients
*Preparing and evaluating bids
*Monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, closing out the jobs once complete and ensuring all client deadlines and quality standards are met
*Sourcing new vendors, monitoring quality and performance of existing vendors and negotiating with vendors on timelines and pricing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Functional knowledge of HUD specification and FHA guidelines
*Experience in P260
*Strong communication skills, both oral and written
*Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Excellent negotiation skills
