Are you an experienced multifamily leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Dual-Site Property Director to oversee 11 East and The Carling, two premier luxury apartment communities located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville.


Together, these beautiful communities total 227 apartment homes and offer an exciting opportunity to lead exceptional teams, create outstanding resident experiences, and drive strong operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of 11 East and The Carling.
  
  
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
  
  
• Drive occupancy, leasing, resident retention, and renewal success.
  
  
• Ensure exceptional customer service and create an outstanding resident experience.
  
  
• Oversee property financial performance, including budgeting, collections, expense management, and revenue growth.
  
  
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and ensure both communities consistently meet luxury standards.
  
  
• Analyze reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve results.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  
  
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial goals while fostering a positive team culture.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing multifamily apartment communities is required.
  
  
• Prior dual-site or luxury community experience is preferred.
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Proven success in leasing, occupancy, resident retention, and financial management.
  
  
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational oversight.
  
  
• Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, resident-focused environment.
  
  
• Experience with ResMan or similar property management software is preferred.
