Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

• Maintains the appropriate adjusters licensing as required by the states in which we do business.
• For Property-Field representatives only: Part 107 drone license required for roof inspections. License must be obtained within 5 months of start date; must pass exam within 3 attempts.
• This job operates in a work from home environment when not in the field and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners and copy machines.
• Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.
• May be called upon for catastrophic duty.

This position allows full-time field work within the territory for this position which includes Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Centralia, Illinois and surrounding areas

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
