Property Maintenance Co is looking for a reliable, experienced Property Manager/Handyman to help maintain and manage a commercial property. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of property maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property
Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other household repairs
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including checking water chemistry
Coordinate or supervise outside contractors when needed
Inspect the property regularly and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems
Keep the property, yard, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well maintained
Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner
Maintain basic records of repairs, supplies, and property issues
Requirements
Previous property maintenance or handyman experience required
Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and take pride in quality work
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience
Experience in property management is a plus. Pool maintenance certification is a plus.
