Experience with light electrical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance repairs
Ability to prepare units for new tenants after move-outs, including patching and painting walls, replacing shower heads, and completing basic turnover repairs
Perform groundskeeping duties and monitor the property for maintenance or safety needs
Handle weekly trash service for one property
Manage and respond to the after-hours emergency maintenance line
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools preferred
Shifts:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Must have a Flexible schedule- will work about 24 hours per week at this time. Could increase
