Part-time, 1030 hours per week. We are an independent hardware store committed to the dignity of work, the value of self-reliance, and the communities we serve. What You'll Do: The Property Maintenance Associate ensures the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building and grounds. This involves performing routine facility inspections, minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), landscaping, and custodial work. Basic technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to lift (50+) lbs. and perform physical labor. Help customers find real solutions to real problems on the spot, without guessing. Stock and maintain the sales floor. Operate the point-of-sale system. Cut keys and perform basic in-store services. Represent our brand with knowledge and integrity. You should be able to walk a customer through a plumbing repair, identify the right fastener for the job, speak confidently about basic electrical, and know your way around hand tools and hardware. Prior retail experience or a background in the trades or contracting is preferred but what matters most is that you actually know how things are built, fixed, and maintained. Higher pay based on experience.
