As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for
- Responding to day-to-day maintenance requests and completing work orders efficiently
- Performing apartment turnovers and unit preparation for new tenants
- Handling light drywall repairs, painting, patching, and basic carpentry tasks
- Replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and other basic building components
- Completing general repairs and preventative maintenance while keeping properties safe, clean, and functional
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, handyman, or general maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
