As a Property Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of residential properties. Youll work closely with the maintenance team to complete work requests, perform repairs, and prepare units for new tenants.
What You'll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to daily maintenance requests and efficiently completing work orders
- Performing apartment turnovers and preparing units for new tenants
- Handling light drywall repairs, painting, patching, and basic carpentry tasks
- Replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and other basic building components
- Completing general repairs and preventative maintenance to keep properties safe, clean, and functional
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous property maintenance, apartment maintenance, handyman, or general maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
