A local property management company is seeking a Property Maintenance Techician for their Ann Arborlocation.
What you’ll be doing as a Property Maintenance Techncian
- Completing service requests for tenants
- Providing excellent customer service
- Demolition and clean up
- Staging materials in work areas
- Carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, light HVAC, flooring repair, cabinets, countertops and appliance repair
What you’ll need to succeed as a Property Maintenance Techncian
- 2+ years of building maintenance and/or construction experience
- Strong understanding of shop safety and material handling procedures
- HS diploma or equivalent
Additional information for the Property Maintenance Techncian
- $21.74 hourly
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Ann Arbor, 48104
