Job overview:

• Perform general property repairs and maintenance to keep facilities safe and in good condition.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Maintain tools, supplies, work areas, and service records.
