Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Maintenance Technician opportunities in Denver, CO. Asset Documentation & CMMS Input: Walk the production floor to take photos of manufacturing assets (valves, pumps, sensors) and accurately input asset details and Bills of Materials (BOM) into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
PM Program Optimization: Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians to gather feedback, monitor equipment performance, and update preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
Library & Compliance Management: Organize the physical and digital Maintenance Library (printed manuals, binders, reference documents) while ensuring all documentation complies with food safety and quality regulatory standards.
Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is required (experience within food manufacturing is highly preferred).
Mechanical Inclination: A strong mechanical mindset with the ability to confidently recognize, identify, and document various equipment parts and components.
Detail-Oriented & Active: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work onsite in an active production floor environment, which includes regular walking and data collection. (Note: Prior CMMS experience is NOT required!)
Pay: $20.29/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
