Property Maintenance Technician

We are growing and need to grow our maintenance team.  We are presently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Flint, Michigan, who will perform general maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience including drywall installation/ patches, painting, hanging interior and exterior doors, blinds, installing toilets, fixing leaky pipes, painting, lift heavy objects, light electrical, etc. Feel free to reach out to our office directly to set up a interview 810  515  1460.

Job Requirements

· Have reliable transportation, have your own tools

· Will Prepare homes for move in’s, complete work orders/service calls

· Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.

· Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.

· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.

Experience: • maintenance/carpentry: 1 year + (Required)
