Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a team of two technicians responsible for maintaining a 100 unit affordable housing community.A dedicated custodian is also on site, allowing maintenance staff to focus on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and resident service requests.

• Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
• Completing work orders
• Refurbishing turnovers
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary 
• Grounds maintenance, snow removal
• 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
• Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
• Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle

 Pay depending on experience.
