What Youll Do
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Performing exterior and structural repairs, including roofing, gutters, windows, and doors
- Inspecting and repairing fencing, addressing pest issues, and locating plumbing leaks
- Completing attic work such as ducting, ventilation checks, and leak inspections
- Performing under-unit repairs, including ducting, pest abatement, and dry rot repairs
- Managing interior maintenance tasks like drywall, doors, cabinetry, and general repairs
- Troubleshooting electrical systems, lighting, and heating components
- Repairing or replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures
- Supporting additional tasks such as irrigation repairs, basic landscaping, and pool checks
- Coordinating with subcontractors as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Following all safety procedures and responsibly utilizing company resources
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Residential or property maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Capability to work independently and manage daily workload
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Strong professionalism and excellent customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
