• Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings.
• Sharp mechanical and electrical problem-solving chops.
• Blueprint reader and hands-on doer.

Day in the Life: Property Maintenance Technician

• Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups
• Complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans
• Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of facility spaces
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance projects
• Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while working independently or as part of a team
